National Leadership Foundation is an initiative to discover true potential and infinite capabilities in nation's youth. This initiative has been conceptualized in form of Workshops, Lecture Campaigns, Seminars, Participatory Forums and Research & Publications by bringing together the expertise and experience of thought leaders, great teachers and management practitioners, and virtuous community of committed participants.
The mission of National Leadership Foundation is to lead individuals to
lead themselves through self-discovery and personal mastery.
Often we face the challenging question of -- How does one go about finding his true "self"?
To answer this question we invite individuals to have a date with
the "self" and participate in our dialogue forums. The methodology adopted
includes conceptual inputs and experiential
exercises, story telling, reflection and experience sharing.
Who should be interested ?
Young individuals facing the difficulty of identifying their true characteristics
and life-meaning. Those who want to be something, but not quite sure how
to find that something.
